Why an hourly rate?
Because a two-clinician clinic and a six-clinician clinic are different amounts of work, and at £35 an hour you only buy what you actually need. The minimum is eight hours a month, which is enough to genuinely take something off your desk. When you'd rather have one fixed number, a retainer package caps it.
What can the hours be spent on?
Any mix of the admin your clinic needs: insurer billing, diary and bookings, dictation and correspondence, email and inbox management, expenses and bookkeeping, and personal-assistant tasks. You don't have to pick a lane, and the mix can change month to month.
Is there a minimum term?
No long contract. It's rolling monthly with 30 days' notice, billed monthly on 7-day payment terms. Your data stays in your own system the whole time, so if you ever move on, everything is already where you need it.
