The rate
£35/hour
Minimum eight hours a month on the hourly arrangement. Billed monthly, 7-day payment terms. The hours go on whatever mix of admin your clinic actually needs: billing, diary, correspondence, inbox, bookkeeping, the lot.

Works out at £33 an hour. The smallest way in, and enough to take one job off your desk for good.
The sweet spot
Works out at £31 an hour. Enough to cover the billing, the diary and the letters properly, without paying for hours you may not use.
Works out at £29 an hour. Most of a clinic’s admin, handled, at the lowest rate.
The hours go on any admin we agree together, and the mix can change month to month. Need more than 20? Extended packages are available, shaped around your clinic on the call.
Fair questions
Because a two-clinician clinic and a six-clinician clinic are different amounts of work, and at £35 an hour you only buy what you actually need. On the hourly arrangement the minimum is eight hours a month. When you’d rather have one fixed number, the retainer packages start at five hours for £165.
Any mix of the admin your clinic needs: insurer billing, diary and bookings, dictation and correspondence, email and inbox management, expenses and bookkeeping, and personal-assistant tasks. You don't have to pick a lane, and the mix can change month to month.
No long contract. It's rolling monthly with 30 days' notice, billed monthly on 7-day payment terms. Your data stays in your own system the whole time, so if you ever move on, everything is already where you need it.
Five hours a month is £165, ten hours is £310 and twenty hours is £580, which works out at between £33 and £29 an hour. The hours go on any admin we agree together, and extended packages are available if your clinic needs more.
