The Admin Clinic is a UK admin service that works inside your Cliniko account. Billing, diary and letters run in your own system with your own audit trail, and insurer claims go through Healthcode, the part Cliniko can’t do on its own. Debbie Hardiman ran a private clinic on Cliniko for years, so nobody needs training on your setup.

Cliniko runs a huge share of UK MSK clinics, but most of the virtual assistants who know it work Australian hours and have never touched a UK insurer. We’re UK-based, on your working day, and the insurer side (Bupa, AXA Health, Healthcode, fee schedules, remittances) is the part we lead with.

Cliniko questions
Does Cliniko bill insurers directly?
No. Cliniko has no built-in link to Healthcode, the platform UK private medical insurers use for e-billing. That gap is exactly where clinics lose evenings. We raise the invoice in Cliniko, submit the claim through Healthcode, then reconcile the remittance back so Cliniko stays the single source of truth.
What access do you need?
A standard Cliniko user account in your practice, with permissions you choose. Everything we do shows in Cliniko's own activity log under our name, and you can deactivate the account in one click. A data processing agreement is signed before we log in at all.
Do we need to change how we use Cliniko?
No. We fit your setup: your appointment types, your templates, your invoice settings. If something in the setup is costing you money we'll say so, but nothing gets changed without your OK.
